Pip value

Pip value is what one pip of movement is worth in money on your position.

On a standard lot of EURUSD, one pip is 10 US dollars. On a mini lot it is 1 dollar and on a micro lot it is 10 cents.

If your account is not held in the quote currency, the figure is converted to your account currency at the current rate, so a rand account sees the pip in rand.
