Crypto purchases (NOWPayments) are non-refundable due to blockchain irreversibility, but unused subscription time within the 7-day window is reinstated as USD-equivalent service credit. Renewals (2nd cycle onwards) are not eligible for the guarantee.

Crypto payments via NOWPayments need at least one blockchain confirmation before we credit your account. Typical timing: USDT/TRC20 in ~2 minutes, BTC in ~10–30 minutes, ETH in ~3–5 minutes. If it's been more than an hour, email us with the transaction hash and we'll trace it manually.

Yes. To upgrade, just purchase the new plan via /pricing — your old plan will be cancelled and the new one activated. To downgrade, cancel your current subscription, wait for the period to end, then purchase the lower tier. We're working on instant pro-rata switching; for now, email us if you need it handled manually.
Submit a deletion request at fxsynapseai.com/account/delete or from your dashboard sidebar (Profile menu → Delete Account). We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
