This is almost always a webhook delay. Wait 5 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If it's still not active after 10 minutes, email us with your purchase email and the time of payment — we'll activate it manually within the hour during support hours.

1. Sign in to your FXSynapse AI account and use the cancellation option in your dashboard (Settings → Subscription).
2. Email support@fxsynapseai.com with the subject “Cancel subscription”. We'll action it within one business day.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Yes — within 7 days of your first paid subscription, provided you have used fewer than 5 chart scans. Email us with your purchase email and the date of charge. Approved refunds are processed by our payment processor and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

Crypto purchases (NOWPayments) are non-refundable due to blockchain irreversibility, but unused subscription time within the 7-day window is reinstated as USD-equivalent service credit. Renewals (2nd cycle onwards) are not eligible for the guarantee.

Crypto payments via NOWPayments need at least one blockchain confirmation before we credit your account. Typical timing: USDT/TRC20 in ~2 minutes, BTC in ~10–30 minutes, ETH in ~3–5 minutes. If it's been more than an hour, email us with the transaction hash and we'll trace it manually.

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. The reset email lands within a minute. Check spam if you don't see it. If your account email no longer works, email us from any address with proof of identity (transaction reference, account creation date) and we'll help you recover access.

If you believe the output is consistently inaccurate on a specific pair or timeframe, send us the chart screenshot and the AI response and we'll investigate.

Yes. To upgrade, just purchase the new plan via /pricing — your old plan will be cancelled and the new one activated. To downgrade, cancel your current subscription, wait for the period to end, then purchase the lower tier. We're working on instant pro-rata switching; for now, email us if you need it handled manually.

Submit a deletion request at fxsynapseai.com/account/delete or from your dashboard sidebar (Profile menu → Delete Account). We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
